Cancellation Policy

When you entrust Let's Make Company with an order for our services and haven't sought advice from our experts, directors, or associates, you have the flexibility to request a cancellation of the service order. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.

For cancellations of paid consultations, please notify us in writing via email at Contact@letsmakecompany.com if the consultation hasn't concluded due to unavoidable reasons. Cancellation charges will apply from the date of receiving your email. Ensure that your cancellation request reaches us no later than 24 hours before the final delivery time, document compliances, or completion of filing.

Our Client Support Service team will reach out to you within 7 business days to discuss the reasons for cancellation, confirm the cancellation, and explain any deductions as per our refund policy. We aim to process your refund within 15 to 30 business days after approving the cancellation request.

Please be aware that deductions may apply as per our refund policy. Refunds will be directly processed to your Bank/Credit Card account used for payment, and specific cheque refund requests will be evaluated by our team.

A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 7 working days, and the refund will be credited to your account within 15 to 30 working days.

If you notice an overcharge on your credit card/debit card/payment account, please notify Contact@letsmakecompany.com at the earliest. We will refund the outstanding amount to your Payment Account within 15 working days. Conversely, if the transaction amount during payment is less than the actual fee amount, we will debit the outstanding amount from your payment and notify you accordingly.
